Caraway's Ceramic Pan in 5 Colors (And Whether Ceramic Is Worth It)
Ceramic nonstick is the answer to a real question: how do you get a slippery pan without PTFE or PFOA. Caraway's coating is mineral-based, free of both, and works beautifully for eggs and fish.
The honest caveat first, because most write-ups skip it: ceramic coatings wear out faster than PTFE. Expect a few good years rather than a decade, keep the heat medium, and never put it in the dishwasher. If that trade sounds fine, the pans are lovely, and the color range is better than anyone else's.
